Tricia Haut

Tricia Haut is an Associate in our Boston office. Ms. Haut is responsible for FINRA compliance, vendor negotiations, analytical work and transaction support for the JSB-Partners team.

With a background in operations, purchasing, and business valuation, Ms. Haut conducts financial and company analysis, assists in due diligence, and supports negotiations.

Experience
Ms. Haut joined JSB-Partners in 2004. Prior to this she worked at Duff & Phelps, LLC in Chicago conducting business valuations for both public and private clients. Ms. Haut also has 7 years of work experience in negotiations, contracts, management, and various operations roles at United States Cellular, Nedwick Steel company and Fuji Industries.

Education
Ms. Haut earned a BS in Business from University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
