Marc Lohrmann, MBA

Marc Lohrmann is a Senior Advisor focused on healthcare transactions and is based in Munich. Mr. Lohrmann has been active in the life sciences industry for more than 12 years specializing in M&A, growth financings, licensing partnerships and has co-founded several life sciences companies.

Experience
Prior to joining JSB-Partners, Mr. Lohrmann worked as an associate partner of a mid-market corporate finance boutique specializing in life sciences transactions. Before that, Mr. Lohrmann was investment manager at Bayer Innovation, the corporate development vehicle of the Bayer AG holding board where he was responsible for generating and executing the growth strategy in medical devices and vaccines. Before and in parallel he co-founded companies in the biotech, medtech and diagnostics sector, most notably Reverse Medical, an Irvine-based neurovascular medtech company.

Education
Mr. Lohrmann earned a MBA from University of Hohenheim.
